Is for people who are undergoing dramatic life transitions or they are embarking on major projects – or both. Financially, they are starting to build their resources.
The focus of the yearlong program, which currently accommodates up to ten individuals, is to provide ongoing coaching and to create a community of learning, connection and encouragement.
In
this environment, scholars thrive, grow and eventually achieve what they believe they never could have alone!
The program is primarily funded by GroupMV and the sponsorship of generous and caring individuals who are inspired to help others to achieve their goals and dreams.
Our Goals for the program
We promise our scholars the following:
• A safe, challenging and yet comforting place to dream their dreams; face their fears; plan the seemingly impossible; execute that plan; and achieve it!
• Top quality coaching
• A community of friendship, support and connections that we hope will last a lifetime!
What we ask from the scholars
In order for this work to be successful, scholars must invest in
themselves physically, emotionally, spiritually and
financially. We ask them to be dedicated to the coaching and
to bring as much as possible of their lives and energy to it.
How the program works
Scholars receive two individual coaching sessions a month by phone; unlimited email support; and access to teleclasses on topics such as goal-setting, values, management skills and many other issues essential to success.
Each year, all scholars are invited to attend a Vision Weekend on Martha's Vineyard.
This year's weekend program is October 29-31.
Once accepted into the program, scholars join for a year with the possibility of a second year renewal.
